WINE PROFILE

From Vermentino vines that breathe in the Mistral winds, this elegant and exclusive wine is a gift from nature – made only in years when botrytis cinerea (or “Noble Rot”) spontaneously grows on the grapes, adding a unique flavor.

Vermentino grapes are patiently allowed to dry on the vine, conveying a complex aromatic richness to the wine.

A TASTING NOTE

A golden yellow color, pleasantly sweet whit layers of honey, cedar and ripe fruit. On the palate balanced acidity gives the wine as smooth mouthfeel.
